• Criminal Law & Procedure

Criminal Law & Procedure is an interesting hybrid.  Criminal Law is a lot like Torts: the plaintiff, here a prosecutor, must have a theory of liability and s/he has to prove each element. Criminal Procedure is our first step into Constitutional Law. In my view, Crim Pro is part of Con Law. This is why I suggest you study Criminal Law and Procedure after Torts and before Constitutional Law.

Here is our agenda in the Criminal Law & Procedure seminar. Please note that only the substantive videos and the first Hypothetical are available for free on-line. The seminar roughly tracks the Criminal Law & Procedure outlines from the National Conference of Bar Examiners. The PDF and RTF outlines from the Pearce Micro Review are available in the commercial download versions of each seminar.
