Real Property

Real Property is widely feared and hated by law students and bar candidates all across the nation. There’s plenty of good reasons to dislike this subject, but if you set them aside for a moment you’ll see that there’s also a lot of useful and interesting issues. You’ll also see how much of Property arises out of the law of Torts and Contracts.
