Remedies
Remedies is the most important subject on any bar examination, although many states do not list it as a separate subject. Remedies issues are present any time we consider civil litigation. A plaintiff must have at least one theory of liability and at least one prayer for relief.
It’s impossible to know this subject too well. Remedies issues are present in Torts, Contracts, Property, Constitutional Law, Agency, Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts – just about every subject except for Criminal Law and Evidence!
